Shipping Policy

Please read this shipping policy carefully before placing an order with LinBarts.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the processing and shipping timeframes outlined below.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 weeks, depending on the product ordered.

As LinBarts is an independent artist-run business, all orders are prepared, packed, and shipped personally. During busy periods such as product launches, sales, or holiday seasons, processing times may take slightly longer.

Estimated processing times:

A4 sized prints - up to 1 week
Larger format prints & collectibles (mugs, notebooks, etc.) – up to 2 weeks
Tapestries & clothing items2–4 weeks due to production time

Orders will be shipped as soon as possible once they have been processed.


Subscription Orders

For subscription-based products (such as recurring art mail or print subscriptions), orders are prepared at the end of each month.

Subscription orders are typically packed on the last day of the month and dispatched on or around the 1st of the following month.

Please note:

• If you subscribe mid-month, your order will be included in the next subscription dispatch cycle
• Once subscription orders have been packed or dispatched, they cannot be cancelled or modified for that month
• Delivery timeframes will follow the standard domestic or international shipping estimates listed below


Order Changes & Address Corrections

Please ensure that all shipping information is correct at checkout.

Order changes or address updates can only be made before the order has been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been packed or dispatched, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address.

LinBarts is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.


Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

After receiving tracking confirmation, delivery typically occurs within the estimated timeframes below. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and seasonal postal demand.


Domestic Orders (UK & Ireland)

Shipping Cost: £2.99

Processing Time

• 1–2 weeks for A-sized prints and custom keychains
• Up to 2 weeks for larger prints and collectibles
• 2–4 weeks for tapestries and clothing items

Delivery Time (after dispatch)

Typically 1–3 working days once tracking updates.


International Orders (US & Worldwide)

Shipping Cost: £9

Processing Time

• 1–2 weeks for A-sized prints and custom keychains
• Up to 2 weeks for larger prints and collectibles
• 2–4 weeks for tapestries and clothing items

Delivery Time (after dispatch)

Typically 7–14 working days, depending on location.

International delivery times may occasionally take longer due to postal delays or customs processing.

Customs Duties, Import Taxes & Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or postal handling fees depending on the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs authorities may hold parcels for inspection, which can delay delivery. Unfortunately, these processes are outside of our control.


Tracking Your Order

Once you receive your tracking number, we recommend enabling tracking notifications and checking the tracking page regularly to stay updated on your delivery.


Returned or Unclaimed Parcels

If a parcel is returned due to:

• Incorrect address entered at checkout
• Failure to collect the parcel
• Missed delivery attempts
• Unpaid customs or import fees

The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the order.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

As stated in our Refund Policy, LinBarts operates a strict no refund policy.

Orders returned due to missed deliveries, unpaid customs fees, or unclaimed parcels will not be refunded.


Processing Time & Small Business Notice

Please note that all processing times listed in this policy are estimated timeframes and may vary during busy periods, seasonal demand, product launches, or promotional events.

LinBarts is an independent artist-run business, where all artwork creation, order preparation, packaging, and shipping are handled personally.

While every effort is made to process orders within the stated timeframes, occasional delays may occur during particularly busy periods.

If there are any significant delays affecting your order, customers will always be notified via email with updates regarding their order status.

We kindly ask customers to respect the processing and shipping timeframes outlined in this policy, as each order is carefully prepared with attention and care.
